Jeremy was a huge asset in helping our daughter when her car broke down. He gave us a great recommendation for a tow service when our insurance company's tow service kept pushing back the tow time (shout out to Ward's Towing). He was able to get the car looked at the same day and also repaired at a fantastic price. He went to great lengths to get the parts in quickly so she could be back on the road to be able to get to work. To have a safe and trustworthy repair shop so close to her brings so much peace to us. Thank you so much Jeremy and his manager (Nick?) for all that you did for us and our daughter!

I had a great experience at Midas. The customer service was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job working on my vehicle, and I left confident that everything was done right.

These guys always take great care of me every time I'm in need of help. They're always professional, informative, and are absolutely never bothered by the many questions I usually have. Also, they are very quick in solving the issue, and getting it taken care of much faster than I anticipate. Jeremy and Nick are the ones I'm usually speaking with. I highly recommend this team!

I had such a great experience at Midas Broad Ripple and had to share. Jeremy went above and beyond for me and my kids in a way you just don’t see often anymore. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Car issues are already stressful, but he made the whole situation feel so much easier. He arranged an Uber for us to get home while my car was being worked on, and then another one to bring us back to pick it up. That alone meant so much, especially having my kids with me. On top of that, he gave us water bottles and even offered us pizza they had gotten for themselves. That level of care and generosity really stood out. They fixed my car for a great price and did quality work. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need immediately and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was going on. It didn’t feel like just a transaction , it felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we were okay and taken care of. If you’re looking for a place that does honest work and treats you like a person, I highly recommend this location. Thank you again, Jeremy!
